Is coconut oil good for hair growth? There are many arguments out there for and against this claim. In my opinion coconut oil can help you grow a longer mane. So in this article I will briefly describe how to use it to grow your locks. One of the earliest forms of hair growth care was using coconut oil simply for its therapeutic properties and its ability to prevent the loss of tresses. whiles this famous oil on its own has many benefits, but is enhanced when used with other home remedies such as these.
Try boiling a few hibiscus flowers in its oil, filter out the oil and then use it regularly on a daily basis. This simple formulation has been known to stop your tresses from thinning.
Another formulation is made from a mixture of coconut oil, garlic and pepper. Simply mix the three and apply when needed. This formulation has been shown to be very effective in stimulating the growth of new tresses.
Another tip to help grow your mane is to give yourself a scalp massage with coconut oil. Before bathing and washing your hair, try to massage your scalp for 10-15 minutes with the oil. This will help stimulate blood flow to your scalp and if you do it every day it will help stop hair loss.
If you find you have dry and damaged locks, using this famous oil is a common and popular remedy. It provides lubrication and contains nutrients like calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium. All of these minerals help to provide nourishment for your tresses.

That is why I personally recommend you use a product called Mira oil. It contains a combination of herbs and extra virgin coconut oil needed for faster hair growth. If you use it overnight and wash it off in the morning, you will see results quite quickly.
